I’m Preeti Dhanda, a Toronto REALTOR® who has shown over 4,500 properties to clients across the city. I’ve lived, worked, and explored every corner of the Greater Toronto Area, giving me insider knowledge of neighborhoods, hidden gems, and the market at a level few can match. I’ve also experienced real estate from every angle — as a renter, owner, landlord, buyer, seller, and investor — so I understand what it’s like from your perspective.

I work with clients from all walks of life — first-time buyers, families, investors, and everyone in between. My goal is simple: to make buying or selling your home clear, stress-free, and tailored to your needs. I treat every client the way I’d want my own family or friends to be treated — with honesty, care, and practical guidance.

Before real estate, I built a career as an actress and comedian, which taught me how to connect easily with people and bring energy, creativity, and a sense of fun to everything I do. That experience shapes how I guide my clients today — making the process of buying, selling, or renting a home not just smooth, but an adventurous and enjoyable experience.
